I can access my full, consistent download. Both connect to the same network without any problems or ping spikes in that manner only this new 8265ac wifi card does. One is an intel 7260ac card and one is an intel 8260ac card. There are two other devices in my house that use intel wifi cards. In general, every few seconds, the card's latency just spikes.Įven running a ping command to my wireless modem often shows pings north of 100ms, just to the modem. The card connects fine, downloads fine, etc, but there is very high latency issues. I have a new laptop with an intel 8265ac wifi card in it. Additionally, if you need me to attach any screenshots of anything, just let me know. If anyone has any ideas or has experienced this before please tell me. I have absolutely no idea what might be causing this.

Now it's on for 5 minutes, off for 5 minutes. I revert all my changes and it's still worse. I decided to try and fix the issue myself, but seem to have only made it worse. I have taken the assumption that this is something with my laptop. No one else in my house has a slow connection at all throughout the day, and my phone doesn't experience this issue either. I'm more active on my laptop around these times, and it's becoming a very big problem. More recently, though, it has been starting around 7:00-8:00. After 10:00 it would stop and things will continue as normal. I assumed it was because many people around my town were using the internet and thought nothing much of it. Hi! A couple months ago I realized that between 9:00-10:00 at night my internet connection would slow down do about a ping of 400+. It has taken me weeks to get this far and now I don't know what else to do, so would be grateful for any detailed help with my problem. I also have an error in event viewer of ESRV_SVC_QUEENCREEK which after looking up think it is to do with the intel driver update. Please uninstall the older product manually".
